Salary: $20.50 - $25.00 per hour

What you will do

• Perform failure investigations on returned insulin pumps and disposable devices.
• Conduct verification testing of medical devices according to approved protocols.
• Review manufacturing history and lot correlations to support root cause analysis.
• Interpret electrical schematics to troubleshoot electromechanical components.
• Document findings, maintain problem logs, and recommend corrective actions to Quality management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• 2 years of college courses in Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of experience in a technical role, preferably in medical device manufacturing.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical theories and test equipment.
• Ability to lift or move up to 45 pounds.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly.
