What you will do

• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
• Manage identity and access using Entra ID, Conditional Access, PIM, SSO, and MFA.
• Handle Exchange Online troubleshooting, security, and compliance policies.
• Oversee Microsoft Teams governance, telephony integration, and security.
• Manage SharePoint Online site administration, permissions, and migrations.
• Automate operational tasks using PowerShell, Power Automate, Logic Apps, and Graph API.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in administering M365 and Azure environments.
• Deep expertise in Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and cloud automation tools.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security practices (Zero Trust, Defender for 365/Cloud).
• Proven experience with on-premises to M365/Azure migration projects.
• English: B2 level required for documentation and troubleshooting.
• Location: Must be based in or be able to work hybrid in Porto, Portugal.
