Salary: $85,000–$105,000 Base/year

What you will do

• Produce and support daily/weekly performance measurement and attribution for equity index and ETF portfolios.
• Monitor attribution outputs, triage anomalies, and coordinate with Technology and Operations teams to resolve data issues.
• Assist in generating risk, performance, and tracking reports for passive strategies.
• Identify and explain drivers of active risk, tracking error, and trading costs.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, traders, and product teams to support effective risk oversight.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation of analytics using Python.

Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant experience in investment risk, performance measurement, or portfolio analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, or engineering.
• Strong Python skills for data analysis and automation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate complex findings clearly.
• Must be able to work in the Downers Grove office 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with FactSet or MSCI Risk Metrics.
• SQL proficiency.
• Progress towards CFA, CIPM, or FRM certifications.
• Exposure to index/passive or ETF data.
