Senior Channel Marketing Programs Manager (Cybersecurity): Driving global partner marketing programs, events, and demand generation activities that build measurable pipeline with an accent on partner engagement, enablement, and cross-functional execution. Focus on designing complex channel programs, coordinating resellers and strategic alliances, presenting plans to executive leadership, and optimizing performance through KPIs and analytics.

Location: Draper, Utah, United States

Salary: $101,600–$159,720 base pay per year for other U.S. cities and states; variable compensation and/or equity may also apply.

What you will do

  • Define and execute a comprehensive global partner events strategy.
  • Own end-to-end partner councils, advisory boards, summits, webinars, roundtables, and networking experiences.
  • Design programs that drive participation and demand across resellers, managed service providers, distributors, and strategic alliances.
  • Create an always-on partner Demand Center with emails, content, and webinars.
  • Coordinate channel sales, partner marketing, product marketing, alliances, and customer success teams.
  • Define KPIs, analyze program performance, and present plans and outcomes to executive leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in channel events, partner demand generation, or partner marketing, preferably in SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology.
  • Experience owning global or multi-regional events with measurable business impact.
  • Experience influencing sales, marketing, product, and partner-facing teams without direct authority.
  • Strong understanding of indirect go-to-market models, including resellers, distributors, MSPs, and alliances.
  • Experience designing and executing complex programs with clear metrics and reporting.
  • Strong executive communication, data analysis, and performance measurement skills.
