Salary: $69,000 - $88,000

What you will do

• Manage the vetting, selection, and onboarding of local organizations to serve as Outpost partners.
• Implement strategies to expand reach and program depth into new communities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and deliver high-impact programming at Outpost locations.
• Monitor KPIs to evaluate Outpost performance, impact, and progress.
• Support fundraising efforts through proposal development and stakeholder engagement.
• Oversee Outpost marketing, public relations, and social media strategies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 4-7 years of progressively responsible experience in program management and community outreach.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or commensurate experience.
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel overnight several times per year for staff offsites and company events.
• Cultural competence in the military and veteran space.
