Event Specialist

What you will do

• Represent the company on-site as the primary leader and problem solver during events.
• Manage the full event lifecycle on the ground, including setup, check-in, and breakdown.
• Coordinate roles and responsibilities with nonprofit partners, venues, and corporate clients.
• Maintain consistent communication with the central Events Team via updates, photos, and videos.
• Handle logistics such as repacking and shipping event materials back to the distribution center.
• Resolve operational issues like missing supplies or technical challenges on the fly.

Requirements

• Must be based in New Brunswick, NJ.
• Proven experience in executing complex, large-scale, and executive-level events.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to manage group dynamics.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Physical ability to lift, slide, and carry up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of working in ambiguous, fast-paced situations.
