Operations Associate

TL;DR

Operations Associate (Startup Accelerator): Supporting the day-to-day operations and administrative execution of the hirify.global Baltimore accelerator program with an accent on event logistics, mentor coordination, and founder support. Focus on managing program schedules, executing curriculum requirements, and fostering a thriving startup community environment.

Location: Must currently live in the Baltimore area and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation: $3,000–$3,500 USD per month

What you will do

• Plan and execute program activities, meetings, and events to drive founder success.
• Manage operational logistics, including scheduling speakers, coordinating mentor-founder matching, and ordering materials.
• Execute program curriculum and best practices throughout the accelerator duration.
• Own operational aspects of event planning, including program trips and Demo Day.
• Manage program social media presence and highlight founder achievements.
• Support the Managing Director with special projects, investor communications, and business development.

Requirements

• Must currently live in the Baltimore area.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced project or program management role.
• Proven attention to detail and experience in event planning and logistics.
• Strong interest in technology, startups, entrepreneurship, and venture capital.
• Ability to work with minimal direction and high expectations.
