What you will do

• Develop a deep understanding of all company products and marketing solutions.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the internal development team.
• Collaborate with Client Success Consultants to ensure all client requirements are met.
• Execute marketing campaigns with high attention to detail and strict adherence to brand standards.
• Resolve product-related issues and escalate problems through appropriate channels.
• Maintain consistent communication and professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience in marketing.
• 2+ years of customer experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Strong organizational, time management, and process management skills.
• Ability to deliver high-quality results in a deadline-driven environment.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
