Salary: $40 - $45 per hour

What you will do

• Develop and execute communication and change management plans for enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Create strategic communications for employees, leaders, and customers across multiple channels.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions to gather requirements and align communication approaches.
• Analyze engagement data and feedback to evaluate communication effectiveness.
• Support leadership meetings, town halls, and employee readiness programs.
• Maintain communication systems and collaboration tools including SharePoint.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in communications, change management, or employee engagement.
• Proven ability to create executive-level communications and presentations.
• Experience supporting large-scale technology or operational transformations.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies.
• Must be based in the US with availability in EST or CST time zones.
