What you will do

  • Manage quick-turn marketing requests from sales leaders, including personalized email messages and regional campaigns.
  • Coordinate content creation projects from inception to completion while ensuring brand compliance.
  • Contribute to content strategy ideation to enhance the effectiveness of field marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to support their outreach efforts with timely marketing materials.
  • Execute social media campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn, to maintain a consistent online presence.
  • Handle administrative logistics, including scheduling, calendar updates, and resource management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role or similar position.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams.
  • Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
