Software Developer, Senior – Integration & Secure Review (.NET)

Location: Remote; support coverage is 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time, Monday through Friday.

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 annually.

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance .NET Framework 4.8 applications, services, interfaces, and integration components.
• Develop and modify Rhapsody integration-engine routes and troubleshoot application-level integrations.
• Develop and maintain SQL Server Integration Services packages and related data integrations.
• Perform formal secure code reviews through USDA pull-request workflows and document review evidence.
• Analyze complex cross-application issues, support testing and release readiness, and mentor developers on secure coding.

Requirements

• Senior-level enterprise application development experience with .NET Framework and systems integration.
• Demonstrated integration development, troubleshooting, production issue analysis, and dependency management experience.
• Documented secure-coding training and experience reviewing application code for security and quality.
• Experience with pull-request and code-review workflows, source control, testing, and CI/CD.
• Must satisfy applicable USDA personnel-security, suitability, PIV, training, and system-access requirements before performing access-dependent work.

Nice to have

• Rhapsody integration-engine development or route experience.
• SSIS and SQL Server integration experience.
• Federal application operations and maintenance or DevSecOps experience.
• Experience with SonarQube, Burp Suite, or other static-analysis and application-security testing tools.
