What you will do
- Manage and optimize Google Ads MCC accounts and Local Services Ads (LSA) across multiple locations.
- Build, launch, and refine Google Search campaigns, including keyword research and negative keyword management.
- Optimize landing pages using Unbounce or similar platforms to improve conversion rates.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates to ensure budget efficiency.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Develop and test Meta Ads campaigns to support lead generation and brand awareness.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on PPC management experience.
- Proven experience managing Google Ads Search campaigns and Local Services Ads (LSA).
- Experience managing multi-location or franchise-style advertising accounts.
- Proficiency in landing page optimization tools like Unbounce or Instapage.
- Must be available to work during U.S. business hours.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance reporting and conversion tracking.
Nice to have
- Experience in home services industries (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, etc.).
- Familiarity with call tracking platforms like CallRail or CallTrackingMetrics.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Experience using AI tools and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
