What you will do
- Manage inbound patient communications via phone, text, and fax.
- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments efficiently.
- Maintain and update patient records within the EMR system.
- Upload and organize clinical documentation and laboratory results.
- Support providers with daily administrative tasks and workflow improvements.
- Ensure all patient interactions and documentation meet high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a U.S. medical office, healthcare administration, or patient coordination role.
- Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, professional telephone manner.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality requirements.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
Nice to have
- Experience in functional medicine, primary care, or concierge medicine.
- Familiarity with Cerbo EMR, Spruce, or similar healthcare software.
- Prior remote healthcare support experience.
