Location: Must be based within a ~2-hour drive of major metro areas in the US or Canada (e.g., LA, SF, Denver, Austin, Chicago, NYC). Business travel required.
Salary: $100,000–$105,000/year plus bonus.

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of healthcare customers worth $3–$5M in revenue.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize platform adoption and retention.
- Use AI-assisted tools to analyze account health, surface risks, and personalize communications.
- Act as a strategic consultant, providing best practices for patient acquisition and contact center performance.
- Lead customer training, business reviews, and enablement sessions.
- Advocate for customer needs internally to influence product development and innovation.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience in B2B SaaS.
- 3+ years of experience with enterprise software in healthcare or regulated industries.
- Demonstrated AI fluency and active use of AI tools in professional workflows.
- Must be based within a ~2-hour drive of specified US/Canada metro areas.
- Strong project management skills and ability to communicate with executive-level stakeholders.
- Understanding of digital marketing and performance marketing metrics.
Nice to have
- Experience with Contact Center technologies (CCaaS) like Genesys or Five9.
- Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare privacy requirements.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Gainsight, Adobe Analytics, or HubSpot.
