TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Healthcare): Managing a portfolio of healthcare clients to drive adoption, retention, and expansion of an AI-powered conversation intelligence platform with an accent on strategic account planning and data-driven engagement. Focus on leveraging AI tools to optimize patient acquisition strategies and ensuring compliance with healthcare privacy regulations.

Location: Must be based within a ~2-hour drive of major metro areas in the US or Canada (e.g., LA, SF, Denver, Austin, Chicago, NYC). Business travel required.

Salary: $100,000–$105,000/year plus bonus.

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of healthcare customers worth $3–$5M in revenue.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize platform adoption and retention.
  • Use AI-assisted tools to analyze account health, surface risks, and personalize communications.
  • Act as a strategic consultant, providing best practices for patient acquisition and contact center performance.
  • Lead customer training, business reviews, and enablement sessions.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally to influence product development and innovation.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience in B2B SaaS.
  • 3+ years of experience with enterprise software in healthcare or regulated industries.
  • Demonstrated AI fluency and active use of AI tools in professional workflows.
  • Must be based within a ~2-hour drive of specified US/Canada metro areas.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to communicate with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Understanding of digital marketing and performance marketing metrics.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Contact Center technologies (CCaaS) like Genesys or Five9.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare privacy requirements.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Gainsight, Adobe Analytics, or HubSpot.
