What you will do

• Provide comprehensive video-based clinical care including acute, pediatric, and behavioral health visits.
• Manage Epic EMR workflows including labs, imaging, and patient inquiries.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and prescribe medications as needed.
• Collaborate with clinical operations and care concierge teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Maintain patient rapport while representing hirify.global and clinical partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of clinical practice experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a Primary Care setting.
• Must be licensed in NY.
• Minimum 1 year of experience using Epic EMR.
• Must be currently enrolled or eligible for enrollment as a Medicare provider.
• Ability to commit to 40 hours per week, including Monday and Friday shifts.
• Clean background and medical malpractice history.
