TL;DR
Chief of Staff & Head of PMO: Driving operational excellence and cross-functional program execution across ’s Product & Technology leadership with an accent on PMO frameworks, leadership operating cadence, and change management. Focus on coordinating critical initiatives for H2 2026 hiring, resolving organizational blockers, and running planning cycles (headcount, OKRs, budget, and QBR) in a global, fast-moving environment.
Location: Hybrid (New York hub; in office Tuesday through Thursday)

What you will do
- Act as Chief of Staff to ’s P&T leadership by managing leadership cadence, preparing executive materials, driving follow-through, and amplifying senior leaders’ impact.
- Own the P&T PMO by establishing program management frameworks, tooling, and reporting for visibility into status, risks, and dependencies.
- Lead cross-functional program management for the H2 2026 hiring and team-building initiative across Recruiting, Finance, and P&T leaders.
- Identify and resolve organizational blockers by surfacing issues, facilitating decisions, and aligning stakeholders across teams and time zones.
- Run P&T planning cycles including headcount planning, OKR tracking, budget coordination, and the quarterly business review process.
- Partner with the CEO, CTO, and CPO on strategic initiatives, board preparation, and special projects as needed.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, program management, or chief of staff roles in a fast-growing technology company (fintech or payments experience is a strong plus).
- Proven ability to run tight operating rhythms and produce clear executive materials in a fast-moving, complex environment.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking with comfort synthesizing ambiguity into actionable recommendations.
- High EQ and excellent interpersonal skills; ability to influence without authority and build trust quickly with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
- Fluency in program/project management methodologies and tooling (e.g., Jira, Linear, or equivalent) and ability to build lightweight PMO structures.
- Based in New York with ability to travel as needed; hybrid schedule requires being in the office Tuesday through Thursday.
