What you will do

• Develop and execute test protocols to evaluate product requirements against development targets.
• Act as the subject matter expert for protocol, safety, and performance standards.
• Design and assemble full-scale test fixtures to evaluate product performance.
• Lead root-cause analysis and technical issue resolution during product development.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams to ensure design quality and functional requirements.
• Mentor junior team members and present project status to senior management.

Requirements

• Must be based in Needham, MA
• BSEE, BSME, or similar technical degree.
• 5+ years of experience in product test engineering.
• Experience designing or analyzing electromechanical systems.
• Proficiency in data analysis and Design of Experiments.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for technical reporting.

Nice to have

• Experience with JIRA or project management tools.
• Proficiency in Minitab or equivalent statistical software.
• Skills in 3D modeling and model shop experience.
• Experience with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or scripting (Python).
