What you will do

• Design and develop specialized test equipment, system architectures, and interface definitions.
• Lead the design process and provide technical leadership within program scopes.
• Develop test systems using LabVIEW, LabVIEW Real-Time, and LabVIEW FPGA.
• Collaborate with development and production teams to analyze, debug, and resolve technical issues.
• Conduct requirements validation and maintain test system documentation.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate technical efforts across teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Must have the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
• Proficiency in LabVIEW, LabVIEW Real-Time, and LabVIEW FPGA.
• Experience with Python or other automation scripting languages.
• Familiarity with National Instruments hardware and FPGA cards.
• Experience with version control systems and bug tracking tools like Jira.

Nice to have

• Certified LabVIEW Developer status.
• Experience with VHDL coding and firmware debugging.
• Familiarity with analog and digital hardware design and verification.
• Experience with quantitative software such as MATLAB or Minitab.
• Knowledge of containerization and test automation frameworks.
