What you will do

• Collaborate across functions to comprehend deal standards, business terms, and potential risks.
• Act as a subject matter expert on policies, approval frameworks, and revenue implications.
• Influence stakeholders and serve as an escalation point for high-impact opportunities.
• Manage reviews with Legal, Revenue Accounting, and Sales for non-standard deal structures.
• Provide post-execution support to resolve issues between Sales and Order Management.
• Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities to address recurring bottlenecks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Finance, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Legal authorization to work in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, or Costa Rica.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Adobe, Word, Excel, and Google Suite.
• Ability to work under ambiguity and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and strategic comprehension.
