What you will do

• Negotiate, draft, and review a wide range of commercial agreements including procurement, licensing, and sales contracts.
• Develop and maintain standard legal templates, internal business processes, and company policies.
• Manage global privacy and data protection matters relevant to the company's operations.
• Provide legal guidance and collaborate closely with internal marketing and sales teams.
• Monitor legislative changes and adapt internal policies to ensure ongoing compliance.

Requirements

• LLB or equivalent degree and current Bar admission.
• 4-7 years of experience in a commercial or high-tech department at a leading law firm.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
• Strong ability to prioritize critical legal issues and manage projects independently.
• Familiarity with international data protection laws and AI-based tools is a strong advantage.
