What you will do

  • Conduct virtual troubleshooting and diagnostics for solar systems experiencing post-installation issues.
  • Generate detailed quotes for repairs, maintenance, and service work.
  • Handle technical phone calls regarding system functionality and ongoing maintenance.
  • Provide expert guidance on electrical and structural solar components.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex post-installation challenges.
  • Document troubleshooting processes to maintain the technical knowledge base.

Requirements

  • Must have proven post-installation solar service, repair, and troubleshooting experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of solar system electrical and structural components.
  • Ability to conduct effective virtual troubleshooting and remote diagnostics.
  • Strong communication skills for technical customer interactions.
  • Must be available to work Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:45 PM EST.
