What you will do

• Lead daily operational tasks for the Power Trading Analytics team to ensure high-quality forecasts.
• Operate and maintain power flow models, spatial tools, and data visualization applications.
• Communicate operational and financial risks to asset owners and traders to support optimization decisions.
• Analyze long-term congestion patterns, transmission upgrades, and outages through seasonal outlooks.
• Automate critical tasks and improve process efficiency using Python or Visual Basic.
• Present research projects and market-relevant reports to internal stakeholders and decision-makers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, math, statistics, or an energy-related discipline.
• 2+ years of professional work experience in a power or trading vertical.
• Proven ability to lead and train entry-level associates and analysts.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; this position does not provide visa sponsorship.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
