Compensation: $86,000–$100,000/yr (USA) or £49,000–£60,000/yr (UK)

What you will do

• Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations pulling from grants, finance, and program data.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and patterns that inform global program strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (fundraising, finance, marketing) to meet stakeholder needs.
• Identify opportunities to enhance data collection and reporting processes for accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with analytics colleagues to ensure best practices in coding and statistical analysis.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics.
• 2+ years of experience in international humanitarian aid or development.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with cloud lakehouse platforms (Databricks preferred) and dbt or equivalent transformation tools.
• Right to work in the United States, United Kingdom, or Kenya.
