What you will do

• Monitor the manufacturing cycle to ensure suppliers deliver quality parts, materials, and services.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventative actions with the supply base.
• Coordinate and monitor the change control process to ensure performance and regulatory compliance.
• Manage supplier-initiated changes to prevent negative impacts on supply continuity.
• Prepare test plans and reports for qualification and validation of change and improvement activities.
• Mentor and support junior members of the supplier quality team.

Requirements

• Level 8 Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong risk-based approach to problem solving and ability to work independently.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Galway, Ireland.

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Project.
