What you will do

• Perform assembly and manufacturing operations following SOPs and work instructions.
• Maintain performance metrics including output, quality, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Operate and support at least three distinct manufacturing or inspection operations once qualified.
• Conduct product inspections to verify conformity to specifications and drawings.
• Complete and maintain accurate production, quality, and performance records.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and efficiency.

Requirements

• Secondary school education or equivalent qualification.
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Must be based in Ballina, Ireland.
• English fluency sufficient to understand procedures, safety requirements, and work instructions.
• Ability to adhere to shift schedules (Weekend Days / Weekend Nights).

• Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or highly regulated manufacturing environments.
