What you will do

• Build the GTM enablement function and operating system from the ground up.
• Design and manage onboarding and ongoing development programs across Sales, Product, and Marketing.
• Implement AI-powered workflows and modern productivity tools to increase team efficiency.
• Standardize how critical information is captured, organized, and shared across the GTM organization.
• Partner with leadership to ensure successful product launches and consistent messaging.
• Establish success metrics to track adoption and improve ramp time and execution quality.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in fast-paced environments (consulting, program/project management, operations, or strategy).
• Strong systems thinking and ability to bring order to complex processes.
• Obsession with user experience, concise documentation, and intuitive processes.
• Proficiency with AI and modern productivity tools.
• Excellent communication skills for simplifying complex ideas and influencing stakeholders.
• Must be based in London and able to work from the office 3 days a week (Tue, Wed, Thu)
