What you will do

  • Create, deliver, and manage internal leadership and coaching programs to sustain a coaching culture.
  • Manage the internal coaching faculty and key external suppliers to ensure quality and alignment.
  • Own a strategic portfolio of leadership initiatives that deliver measurable business results.
  • Influence senior stakeholders to translate business challenges into effective development solutions.
  • Drive innovation by integrating AI-enabled coaching and emerging leadership practices.
  • Lead and inspire teams to build capability and embed solutions across the leadership agenda.

Requirements

  • ICF level 1 Coach training with a minimum of 200 hours coaching.
  • Proven experience in coaching, leadership, or organizational development within a large, complex organization.
  • Experience designing and delivering leadership or development programmes at scale.
  • Strong people leadership capability and experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Deep expertise in coaching practice, including contracting, ethics, and evaluation.
  • Ability to work from Bristol or Leeds.
