Location: Must be based in London and able to work from the office 4+ days per week

What you will do

  • Partner with leadership to drive people strategy and organizational design for group functions.
  • Support talent development, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Foster a high-performance culture within an office-first environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve inclusive hiring and retention practices.
  • Provide expert guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and organizational change.

Requirements

  • Must be based in London and able to work from the office 4+ days per week.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or People Partner in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
