What you will do

• Develop and maintain customer-backed product positioning and messaging frameworks for the Spanish market.
• Own the end-to-end GTM process for Spain, from launch readiness to post-launch optimization.
• Create high-quality sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, battlecards, and demo scripts.
• Partner with Product and Sales teams to ensure narrative consistency across all touchpoints.
• Coordinate launch communications across web, CRM, and in-app channels.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify pricing trends and positioning shifts.

Requirements

• Based in Madrid for regular in-office collaboration.
• 4+ years of experience in product marketing or GTM strategy (B2B, SaaS, or fintech preferred).
• Native-level fluency in Spanish and strong working proficiency in English.
• Proven track record of leading product launches and building structured GTM processes.
• Strong analytical skills and experience creating sales enablement materials.
