B2B Marketing Content & AI Intern (Marketing): Accelerating the B2B content pipeline by leveraging GenAI tools to create and scale campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta with an accent on prompt engineering and content repurposing. Location: Hybrid (Barcelona, Spain). Must be based in Barcelona or able to work from the office 3 days a week.

What you will do

• Use GenAI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Midjourney to brainstorm and draft high-quality B2B content.
• Create compelling copy and visual prompts for paid and organic campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta.
• Repurpose long-form assets (webinars, whitepapers) into bite-sized social posts and video scripts.
• Collaborate with design teams to generate eye-catching AI visuals and ad creatives.
• Monitor engagement metrics on social channels to iterate content based on data.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and image generation tools for professional content creation.
• Deep understanding of LinkedIn B2B dynamics and Meta ad formats.
• Strong creative copywriting skills adapted for professional B2B audiences.
• Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Spanish, French, or Italian.
