Salary: €5,030 – €7,183 per month

What you will do

• Create clean, reliable, and reusable software components for data ingestion and transformation.
• Build modular Python packages using modern engineering patterns and practices.
• Own artifact management end-to-end, including publishing and versioning.
• Develop components aligned with Medallion Architecture and OpenAPI standards.
• Maintain high code quality through automation, linting, and robust CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with architects to modernize data capabilities and improve developer experience.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering expertise in production-grade applications.
• Professional experience with Python or other modern languages (Java, C#, Go, Scala).
• Solid grounding in software design patterns and architectural thinking.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and artifact management.
• Strong understanding of data modelling and distributed processing.
• Must be based in the Netherlands with legal work authorization; the company is unable to provide relocation.

Nice to have

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience.
• API management or gateway experience.
• Experience with platform modernization or cloud migrations.
• Familiarity with instrumentation and observability tools.
