Location: Must be based in the Netherlands, preferably within 30 km of The Hague. Hybrid role: 3 days per week in the Den Haag office required.

Salary: €4,550–€6,200 gross per month (excluding holiday allowance and bonus).

What you will do

• Take technical ownership of number porting and orchestration systems interfacing with core network infrastructure.
• Influence solution design, test strategy, and technical direction across multiple projects.
• Ensure high availability and performance of business-critical integration services.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to align priorities and technical requirements.
• Mentor team members and drive upskilling initiatives to raise overall team capability.
• Manage the full application lifecycle, from design to deployment and operations.

Requirements

• Must reside in the Netherlands (candidates abroad will not be reviewed).
• Strong telco domain knowledge in OSS/VAS inventory (SIM, OTA, number porting) and SIM security protocols.
• Extensive experience with API development, RESTful architectures, and API governance.
• Advanced proficiency in Java, C++, Python, or Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and distributed tracing/observability tools (e.g., ELK, Prometheus).
• Solid command of UNIX and optimized SQL query writing.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science.
• Proven seniority with iPaaS or middleware platforms (e.g., Tibco, Kafka, Mulesoft).
• Experience with cloud technologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps methodologies.
