Lead Client Servicing Associate (Investment Accounting)

What you will do

• Manage client inquiries and requests across investment accounting, asset classes, and financial markets.
• Provide accurate information related to financial statements and analytics reporting.
• Complete account setup, client lockdown, compliance, and reconciliation validation activities.
• Validate investment data against third-party market data and use internal tools to reconcile investment transactions.
• Build client relationships, resolve complex issues, and manage work according to productivity and quality metrics.
• Support long-term cross-functional projects and train, develop, coach, and oversee junior staff.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of investment accounting, financial statements, amortization, interest income, and related accounting concepts.
• Familiarity with accounting, compliance, risk, and performance reports.
• Intermediate knowledge of fixed income and equity investments; basic knowledge of alternative securities is preferred.
• Prior finance or accounting experience and a bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong computer, documentation, communication, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
