What you will do

• Translate corporate strategy into detailed technical roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables.
• Influence cross-functional decisions across engineering, manufacturing, product, and operations.
• Establish standard reporting to communicate program status, risks, and accomplishments to stakeholders.
• Define and develop KPIs to measure progress toward business objectives.
• Build and sustain momentum among cross-functional workstreams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain a strong technical understanding of vehicle platforms, software lifecycles, and safety clearance processes.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in engineering, program management, or management consulting with a focus on product launches.
• Proven success in driving complex SW/HW integration processes and leading cross-functional programs.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Gantt charts, and risk matrices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to visualize KPIs and risks.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and enable high-performing teams.

Nice to have

• Project Manager Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with autonomous vehicles, robotics, simulation, or automotive/aerospace processes.
• Strong foundational background in Systems Engineering.
