What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to develop strong, positive relationships with clients.
• Retain and grow annual spend through in-depth service and expanded product offerings.
• Manage customer credit files to help them achieve specific business objectives.
• Perform needs-based assessments to identify organizational challenges and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Consult clients on credit policy, interpreting business credit reports, and steps to become a government contractor.
• Interpret credit reports to help clients evaluate prospective vendors, customers, or business partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience, specifically with business credit management.
• Proven track record of consistent sales achievement in high-velocity, metrics-driven environments.
• Ability to manage and report on opportunities within a sales pipeline.
• Regular attendance in the office in Jacksonville, Florida is required.
• Strong phone presence with active listening, negotiation, and closing skills.
