What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of customer support cases for product relocations and replacements.
- Provide high-quality support to customers via email, phone, and other appropriate channels.
- Lead and track complex cross-team initiatives, ensuring stakeholders remain informed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Field Operations, Deployment Strategy, and Project Management teams.
- Develop and document improvements to team workflows and operational processes.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA.
- At least one year of demonstrated excellence in customer-facing roles.
- Ability to work strategically in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience working cross-functionally on complex projects.
- Strong organizational skills and business acumen to solve operational challenges.
