What you will do

• Handle advanced customer support inquiries requiring deep technical analysis.
• Review logs, metadata, and internal dashboards to diagnose complex system issues.
• Replicate customer-reported issues in sandbox environments.
• Troubleshoot integrations, specifically focusing on QuickBooks Online sync behavior.
• Create detailed escalation tickets for engineering with reproduction steps and technical hypotheses.
• Produce technical Help Center content to improve self-service troubleshooting.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technical support, tier-2 support, or SaaS troubleshooting.
• Required: Proficiency with QuickBooks Online.
• Strong debugging skills and comfort working with logs, data, and test environments.
• Excellent written communication skills for technical documentation and escalations.
• Ability to manage long-running technical cases and learn complex systems quickly.
• General understanding of construction industry financial processes.
