What you will do
- Lead the onboarding process for new mid-market customers from post-sale to successful deployment.
- Define and deliver success criteria for the first 90 days of the customer lifecycle.
- Serve as a primary customer advocate, documenting feedback and assessing needs with internal stakeholders.
- Research and resolve technical issues, providing actionable recommendations and action plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional groups to manage escalated cases and ensure timely resolution.
- Create knowledge base content to capture learnings and improve internal processes.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Professional fluency in English.
- Experience working with Windows Server operating systems.
- Knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security, and infrastructure.
- Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to streamline workflows and improve business outcomes.
- Commitment to customer success and ability to establish technical credibility.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
- ITIL or PMP certification.
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Project Management, or TAM roles within a SaaS organization.
- Deep expertise in Linux and Mac platforms.
