TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the United States (Duluth-based role)

Salary: $19.47–$26.44 per hour

What you will do

  • Provide exceptional support to Concierge and Premium Plus members via phone, chat, and tickets.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to region performance and system functionality using backend tools.
  • Lead virtual whiteboarding sessions to map out solutions and enhance team problem-solving.
  • Utilize AI assistive technologies to manage escalations and improve support efficiency.
  • Engage with the community across multiple platforms to encourage exploration of new features and events.
  • Handle 50+ customer interactions daily while maintaining high satisfaction scores.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Extensive experience as a Second Life resident with deep knowledge of land management and the virtual economy.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a Customer Success or Support role, preferably in tech or gaming.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills for real-time interactions and presentations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and remote collaboration tools.
