Salary: $19.47–$26.44 per hour

What you will do
- Provide exceptional support to Concierge and Premium Plus members via phone, chat, and tickets.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to region performance and system functionality using backend tools.
- Lead virtual whiteboarding sessions to map out solutions and enhance team problem-solving.
- Utilize AI assistive technologies to manage escalations and improve support efficiency.
- Engage with the community across multiple platforms to encourage exploration of new features and events.
- Handle 50+ customer interactions daily while maintaining high satisfaction scores.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Extensive experience as a Second Life resident with deep knowledge of land management and the virtual economy.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a Customer Success or Support role, preferably in tech or gaming.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills for real-time interactions and presentations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and remote collaboration tools.
