Salary: $125,000 - $130,000 Annually

What you will do

• Lead a team of SQA testers to create test plans, scripts, and manage test events.
• Develop and manage the overall test strategy and track compliance metrics.
• Coordinate functional, regression, UAT, and IOC testing.
• Prioritize team activities based on risk and project schedules.
• Monitor defect reports and ensure critical issues are resolved prior to release.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and project managers throughout the SDLC.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Public Trust/Suitability clearance for the VA.
• Master’s degree with 10 years of commensurate experience.
• Experience in coordination and management of test events and creating testing metrics.
• Experience working in a SAFe/Agile environment using Jira and GitHub.
• Experience testing GUI applications, Section 508, and VistA.

Nice to have

• Experience working with the Department of Veterans’ Affairs.
• Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Experience with accessibility testing tools.
