What you will do

• Translate business challenges into analytical questions and high-impact insights.
• Combine people, financial, and operational data to provide a holistic view for decision-making.
• Drive advanced analytics use cases regarding attrition, productivity, and workforce effectiveness.
• Create compelling data storytelling, visualization, and executive-level communications.
• Shape the People Analytics roadmap, priorities, and KPIs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, guiding decisions with data.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a business-focused data/insights analyst or consultant.
• Proven track record of delivering actionable insights that influenced business decisions.
• Solid analytical toolkit, including proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
• Expertise in data storytelling, visualization, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience navigating complex global environments and working with senior leadership.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Espoo, Finland (Negotiable)

Nice to have

• Experience in HR / people analytics.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
