Location: Richmond, VA. US Work Authorization required; no visa sponsorship provided.

What you will do

  • Partner with HR and business leaders to identify workforce priorities and define necessary analytics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Translate complex workforce data into clear narratives and actionable insights that shape organizational priorities.
  • Deliver analytics, dashboards, and reporting focused on retention, talent planning, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Diagnose workforce issues, challenge assumptions, and refine solutions through consultative data-driven problem solving.
  • Build and improve scalable reporting tools and dashboards to increase visibility into workforce trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, analytics, business, organizational psychology, information systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, or workforce planning.
  • Proven experience building reports and dashboards that inform business and talent decisions.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Power BI or similar tools.
  • Must have US Work Authorization; the company does not provide visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Experience with predictive analytics, workforce planning, or retention analysis.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled analytics, automation, or Microsoft Copilot.
  • Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and the ethical use of workforce data.
  • Prior experience within the insurance industry.
