What you will do

• Lead brand health tracking and recurring monthly or quarterly studies.
• Deliver quantitative ad-hoc projects, including U&A, pricing, ad evaluation, shopper, and RTM research.
• Interpret trends and movements across data waves to identify business implications.
• Translate raw data into clear insights and strategic business recommendations.
• Partner closely with marketing and business stakeholders to align research with goals.
• Manage external research agencies to ensure quality, speed, and relevance of deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 4 years of experience in Consumer / Market Insights.
• Proven expertise in brand tracking and quantitative ad-hoc studies.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for survey data handling, pivots, and basic analysis.
• Strong MS PowerPoint skills for insight-led storytelling.
• Must be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
