Lead Software Engineer II (Dynamics 365)

Salary: $170,000 - $250,000

What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of highly scalable distributed systems within an Agile team focused on tax solutions.
• Develop and test software solutions using web and cloud technologies for innovative tax products.
• Integrate and customize Microsoft Dynamics CE and Project Operations to optimize workflows and project delivery.
• Collaborate with Senior Architects to analyze design approaches and align development with business goals.
• Maintain tax platforms based on product roadmaps and ensure compliance with IT and security mandates.
• Mentor Senior and Lead Engineers to enhance code quality and establish coding standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM, Finance, or Accounting.
• 8+ years of experience architecting and implementing Microsoft Dynamics Project Operations.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CE and Canvas App (customization, configuration, and integration).
• Extensive experience with SQL Server, Azure SQL, or NOSQL database schemas and stored procedures.
• 8+ years of experience in designing and automating CI/CD/DevOps pipelines using Microsoft Azure.
• Proficiency with PowerShell, Graph API, and Azure CLI.

Nice to have

• Certifications: Microsoft MTA/MCSD, Azure Fundamentals (Az-900), Azure Developer Associate, or Azure Solutions Architect.
• Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Power BI.
• Knowledge of Azure Functions and HTTP Debug Tools.
