What you will do

• Develop and implement training strategies for ServiceNow implementation, configuration, and administration.
• Create training programs and materials using the ADDIE instructional model.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and training needs analysis.
• Deliver live and recorded digital training sessions to users and government customers.
• Manage training program documentation and report attendance and feedback statistics.
• Facilitate internal new hire onboarding training.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen to be eligible for DoD Secret security clearance.
• 5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• BS degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Experience with Section 508 compliance.
• Strong experience working with various Federal agencies.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.

Nice to have

• Active Secret or higher security clearance.
• Experience with microlearning video development using Camtasia.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Smartsheets, 8x8, Zendesk, and MS Teams.
