Remote within the US with periodic travel to headquarters in Bethesda, MD, assigned markets, and partner practices.

What you will do

• Independently manage multiple implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery of EHR optimization, tools, and workflows.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders including practice leadership, IT, and staff; deliver structured training on complex topics.
• Consult practices on adopting value-based care, support change management, and influence best practices.
• Ensure accurate data capture and develop data-sharing strategies with seamless integrations for population health analytics.
• Conduct EHR assessments, optimize workflows for ACO initiatives, and assist with MIPS compliance.
• Lead resolution of technical challenges, guide app configurations, and develop educational materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (or significant relevant experience).
• 4+ years as client-facing project lead in healthcare (ambulatory practice, EHR vendor, etc.) with EHR optimization track record.
• 3+ years implementation/optimization with top-tier EHRs (Epic Ambulatory, NextGen, Athena, Greenway, eClinicalWorks preferred).
• Must work remotely within the US.

• Strong organizational, critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience leading/mentoring in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools.
