What you will do
- Independently manage multiple implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery of EHR optimization, tools, and workflows.
- Communicate progress to stakeholders including practice leadership, IT, and staff; deliver structured training on complex topics.
- Consult practices on adopting value-based care, support change management, and influence best practices.
- Ensure accurate data capture and develop data-sharing strategies with seamless integrations for population health analytics.
- Conduct EHR assessments, optimize workflows for ACO initiatives, and assist with MIPS compliance.
- Lead resolution of technical challenges, guide app configurations, and develop educational materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required (or significant relevant experience).
- 4+ years as client-facing project lead in healthcare (ambulatory practice, EHR vendor, etc.) with EHR optimization track record.
- 3+ years implementation/optimization with top-tier EHRs (Epic Ambulatory, NextGen, Athena, Greenway, eClinicalWorks preferred).
- Must work remotely within the US.

- Strong organizational, critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience leading/mentoring in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace tools.
