Customer Service Representative

Location: Must be based in or near Delavan, WI; hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite per week.

Salary: $21.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for the hirify.global Distribution and Sales Network.
• Manage incoming inquiries via phone and email, ensuring responses within 24 hours.
• Coordinate with internal departments including Engineering, Purchasing, and Logistics to meet customer expectations.
• Expedite orders and assist with container booking as requested by customers.
• Maintain accurate records and build sustainable processes to improve customer care.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Delavan, WI 3 days per week.
• 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or claims department.
• Proficiency in MS Office products.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Associate degree in a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
