Operations Research Systems Analysis Tech Advisor (Defense)

What you will do

• Apply systems engineering principles to develop operational concepts and translate requirements into system designs.
• Provide technical expertise and subject matter assistance for Government programs and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct technical analyses, engineering assessments, and trade studies to support program decision-making.
• Assist with acquisition planning, documentation, and execution throughout the program lifecycle.
• Identify program risks, develop mitigation strategies, and recommend performance improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities involving engineering, cybersecurity, IT, logistics, and finance.

Requirements

• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.
• Senior level: 10 years of experience.
• Journeyman level: 5 years of experience.
• Proven experience in systems engineering and technical assistance for DoD programs.
• Ability to prepare executive-level technical briefings and reports.
