Training Systems Requirements Analysis (TSRA) Lead (Space Defense)

Location: On-site in El Segundo, California, United States. Standard working hours with minimal travel.

Salary: $113,100–$141,300 annually.

What you will do

• Lead and oversee training systems requirements analysis across the program lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain training systems analysis methodologies and processes.
• Direct requirements gathering, analysis, validation, and traceability activities.
• Integrate training requirements across operations, maintenance, logistics, and test communities.
• Coordinate with government customers, prime contractors, and senior program stakeholders.
• Deliver training analysis products, Systems Training Plans, reports, recommendations, and milestone documentation while facilitating technical reviews and decision forums.

Requirements

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, education, military science, systems engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in defense, aerospace, space systems, or military training programs.
• Experience leading training requirements analysis and working with government customers and senior program leadership.
• Proficiency with the Defense Acquisition System and DoDI 5000 series.
• Strong written, oral, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a technical field.
• Experience with Systems Approach to Training, Instructional Systems Design, TSRA, and military training development.
• Space systems, ground segment, missile defense, program management, or systems engineering experience.
• INCOSE CSEP or ESEP, DAWIA Program Management Level II, or similar professional certifications.
• Active DoD Top Secret or SCI clearance and familiarity with RFP development or Program Office processes.
