What you will do

• Develop and execute content calendars to drive engagement while maintaining client brand voice.
• Manage day-to-day community interactions and nurture a healthy, active server environment.
• Plan and run in-server activations, campaigns, and events to deepen fan connection.
• Track engagement metrics and deliver reporting to communicate community value to client teams.
• Identify structural or technical improvements for communities and collaborate with the Professional Services team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in community management with a track record of building and running communities.
• Strong expertise in Discord, including roles, permissions, bots, and commands.
• Excellent writing skills for creating compelling posts, guides, and client reports.
• Proficiency with Notion, Google Workspace, and LLMs such as Claude and Gemini.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in London, GB.

• Experience running your own Discord server or being an active member of several.
• Passion for music and gaming industries.
• Demonstrated experience working with blue-chip brands.
• Ability to translate community feedback into effective product feature requests.
